Right of withdrawal
For consumers purchasing paid services.
Refund instead of withdrawal for businesses
Paid services are supplied exclusively to businesses; orders from consumers are not accepted. They have no statutory right of withdrawal under section 312g of the German Civil Code. Independently of this, the amount paid is refunded in full on request within the period stated below, counted from the date of purchase. Processing is handled by Paddle as merchant of record; requests via paddle.net or to the address given.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of conclusion of the contract.
A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Exercising the right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform me (Sandra Lochmann, Bahnhofstraße 28, 82065 Baierbrunn, info@vianora.eu) by an unequivocal statement, for example by post or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day the notice of withdrawal is received. The same means of payment will be used; no fees are charged for the reimbursement.
Payment and reimbursement are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record.
Early expiry
For digital services the right of withdrawal expires if performance has begun after your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Independently of the statutory right, a voluntary 30-day return period applies; see the terms of use.
